Time Table Management feature simplifies the task of scheduling time tables effectively. It helps to allocate precise timings for each and every subject to teach the students and optimizes the same on daily basis. It allows you to manage the class timings depending on the situations like changes in class timings, teacher availability and any unexpected situations to cancel the classes. It can be used to assign practical and theoretical classes to enhance the performance of the students. These well-managed time tables help to provide an effective and productive environment which brings disciplinary growth in students and reduce the unwanted time consumption. Time Table Management feature will able to assign a number of hours of time to all the specific subjects and also allocate the time to each teacher for their respected subjects. Admin can add and view different types of time tables like class time table, exam time table, events time table, games time table, food time table etc. From the time table system menu, students can view time tables and allocate their time for every academic activity.
Attendance Management feature is useful to monitor the daily attendance of Students and Employees. Bus Tracking management feature is useful to monitor the bus routes of school/college. This feature enables the admin, teacher and parents to track location of bus and alert the parent for student's pickup and drop. It synchronizes the devices to track live location of the bus by the teacher, parents and admin with daily back up to server.
